Shipping and Returns

Standard Shipping

Your PatioUmbrella.com purchase is shipped by UPS, or another applicable door to door delivery company. Your purchase is shipped in the manufacturer's cartons and packaging.

PatioUmbrella.com takes extra care to assure your purchase arrives without freight damage. You should inspect the exterior of the boxes for damage and note any visible damage or missing boxes on the freight bill before you sign for your goods. Trucking companies cannot wait for you to open each box and inspect the contents. If the damage appears significant please refuse the carton.

Please notify PatioUmbrella.com immediately if you have freight or manufacturing damage. We will assist you with any claims, repairs, or replacements.

Shipping Time

PatioUmbrella.com is committed to shipping as soon as possible. Orders normally ship the same day of the order or no later than the next business day. Exceptions are extra large items or when special shipping instructions are requested. Shipping dates indicated on your order confirmation are estimates only.

To track your purchase we will email a shipment confirmation along with a Tracking Number.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy! You may return new, unused, and resalable items in their original and undamaged packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization by calling us at (855) 472-8461.

Reselected Product

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase and choose to select another product, PatioUmbrella.com will arrange a pick-up of your purchase and exchange it with your new selection. You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the original purchase and PatioUmbrella.com will pay for shipping your replacement selection.

PatioUmbrella.com's Product Guarantee

PatioUmbrella.com umbrellas have a two-year warranty that covers workmanship and material quality. Broken tilt mechanisms, broken kevlar-cords, broken cranks, and rusting or discoloring of aluminum metal parts are covered under this warranty.  Acts of nature (including but not limited to wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, and storms), wind damage, falling over, misuse and umbrella ribs are not covered under any circumstance. PatioUmbrella.com highly recommends that no umbrella, regardless of size or weight, ever be left unattended in the open position. Replacement ribs and poles are available for purchase.  All other items carry a one year warranty.

Sunbrella, O'bravia, and Solefin Fade Warranty

Sunbrella products have a five-year warranty against fading, O'bravia has a four year, and Solefin products have a two year warranty.

Commercial and Non-Commercial Sales

Only items specified as "Commercial" are designated for commercial use and warranted for commercial use. A non-commercial item sold to a commercial address and/or used in a commercial setting is considered a commercial sale and will not carry a warranty.
