PatioUmbrella.com products have a two-year warranty that covers workmanship and material quality. Broken tilt mechanisms, broken steel cables, broken cranks, and rusting or discoloring of metal parts are covered under this warranty. Umbrella ribs are not covered under the warranty. Wind damage, falling over, or misuse is not covered under any circumstance. Replacement ribs and poles are available for purchase for non-warranty related issues.
Sunbrella products have a five-year warranty against fading, and Suncrylic and Olefin products have a one year warranty.
Only items specified as "Commercial" are designated for commercial use and warranted for commercial use. A non-commercial item sold to a commercial address and/or used in a commercial setting is considered a commercial sale and will not carry a warranty.
We want you to be happy! You may return new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund; perishable and personalized items cannot be returned. We'll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error - please contact us within 30 days if this is the case.
